Sergio has 16 years experience in the financial sector, mainly in the insurance sector.
His principal areas of expertise are business innovation, strategic planning, advanced customer management (strategic segmentation, loyalty programs, customer retention, sales campaigns and market analysis), efficiency and organisational and operational CRM.
Throughout his career, Sergio has acquired expertise in technological and strategic consulting. Since 2010 he is part of MAPFRE, the 6th European insurer in non-life and leader in Spain and LATAM, developing its innovation unit.
